Don’t hit
pause on
your health

Communicate with a family doctor,
even during confinement.

With the confinement measures currently in effect, it remains essential to take care of your physical and mental health, even more so if you suffer from a chronic illness or health issues.

Clinics, family medicine groups and super-clinics are still open, so you have several options to consult a family doctor in a safe manner that respects current public health guidelines. It is also possible to schedule medical consultations remotely, either via telephone or various web platforms, to assess whether or not you need to visit a clinic in person.

Since your health issues won’t hit pause during the crisis and new ones may arise, be sure not to neglect your health.
